Hormel Foods Announces Personnel Changes

Hormel Foods Corporation (NYSE: HRL) today announced that Frank J. Jacobs, vice president of finance at Diamond Crystal Brands, has been named the vice president of strategic planning at Diamond Crystal Brands. Robert R. Rowbal, Specialty Foods controller, Corporate Office (Austin, Minn.), will assume Jacobs’ position as the vice president of finance at Diamond Crystal Brands.

Additionally, Rowbal’s experience and performance make him the perfect fit for the vice president of finance position.”

Jacobs
Jacobs started his career with Diamond Crystal Brands in 2000 as the vice president of foodservice finance. Prior to working at Diamond Crystal Brands, he held positions at CellStar Corporation, Clarke American Checks, Texas Oil & Gas Corporation, Enserch Corporation and Texas Instruments.

Rowbal
Rowbal started his career with Hormel Foods in 1988 as an accountant at the Austin (Minn.) Plant. He has held positions at several company locations throughout the years, including internal auditor, manager of cost and stock, cost analyst, cost accounting department manager, plant controller and Specialty Foods controller.
