Jennie-O Turkey Store recently received the prestigious HREvolution Award for its Crisis Assistance Relief Effort (CARE) program. The HREvolution Award is sponsored by The National Provisioner and Ameritas Group and recognizes companies that demonstrate innovation and excellence in human resources.
The CARE program is designed to provide financial assistance to Jennie-O Turkey Store team members who are facing financial burdens due to emergency or hardship situations like fires, tornadoes or other life-altering events. CARE is funded by Jennie-O Turkey Store and donations from individuals and various departments within the company, which host fundraisers.
