Jody H. Feragen
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Hormel Foods, Jody H. Feragen oversees all financial areas of Hormel Foods Corporation including accounting, information technology, internal audit, investor relations and treasury.
Feragen joined Hormel Foods in 2000 as treasurer, assuming the title of vice president and treasurer in 2001. She was promoted to vice president of finance and treasurer in 2005, and was named senior vice president and CFO in 2007. She was promoted to executive vice president and CFO in 2010.
Feragen earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of North Dakota (Grand Forks, N.D.) and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota (Minneapolis, Minn.). Feragen also attended the Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School (Boston, Mass.).
In 2007, Feragen was nominated to the Hormel Foods Board of Directors. She was elected to the Patterson Companies Inc. Board of Directors in 2011. She also serves on the University of North Dakota Alumni Association and Foundation Boards.
