Reliability Engineer - Austin, MN & Rochelle, IL
Hormel Foods Corporation, a multinational manufacturer and
marketer of consumer-branded meat and food products, is seeking an
experienced Reliability Engineer to support its plant in Rochelle,
IL.
This position is a key member of a cross functional team that
drives the improvement of plant reliability and champions the move from
reactive to proactive maintenance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in
Engineering and a minimum of eight (8) years of experience as a
Reliability / Maintenance Engineer. He or she must also have
demonstrated the practical application of the following reliability
improvement tools:
- Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)
- Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
- Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA)
- Preventive and Predictive Maintenance strategies
- Standard Operating Procedures
- Other advanced reliability methods
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are
essential. The Reliability Engineer must also have previous in-depth
experience with the use of a comprehensive Computerized Maintenance
Management System (CMMS). The successful candidate will apply his or
her knowledge and experience to drive continuous improvement and
optimize the lifetime value of the Company's physical assets.
