With the growing national concern about food safety and quality, the job of Production Supervisor is more important than ever. Immediately following your orientation, you'll take responsibility for a department—and personnel—within one of our plants, where you'll be challenged to manage the production of food products that meet the high quality standards of our company.
Great interpersonal skills, proven leadership abilities and strong communication are the keys to success. You'll actively lead the people you work with—coordinating their efforts, anticipating their needs and acting as the driving force of your department. To accomplish this, you'll need to be a good motivator as well as a skilled diplomat.
Our state-of-the-art production facilities provide a perfect training ground for your professional growth. By rotating your assignments during the training period, we help broaden your knowledge of Operations even further. Beyond training, you'll experience further responsibility in new positions as you move up the ladder. Because of our promote-from-within policy, you can rotate into different departments as Production Supervisor or become a Plant Manager or a Director/Vice President.
