Our Way

Under the principles of Our Way, which describes our overarching approach to people, process, products and performance, we also have developed a principles platform, which more specifically defines our goals and our commitments. Launched in 2007, this platform identifies how we specifically commit to live out these principles in the five key areas. We remain grounded in the values established by our founder George A Hormel more than 117 years ago, and aim to continue to be a company committed to corporate responsibility.
