Founded by contemporary and well-known chef David Tsang, HOUSE OF TSANG® products draw on the flavors and spices of his childhood in Hong Kong;
spicy ginger, bright citrus, classic teriyaki. He eventually left Hong Kong to pursue a degree in electrical engineering, but kept his memories
of home alive by recreating his mother’s signature dishes on his own.
