Product Description:
Just in time for the holidays, Jennie-O Turkey Store® introduces a line of fully-cooked turkey dinners perfect for entertaining guests. The VIP entertaining packs are available in three different varieties and can be warmed up in the oven for 1½ to 2 hours before serving. The side dishes take less than 20 minutes to prepare on the stove top or in the microwave.

- VIP Entertaining Pack: Southern Flair
- VIP Entertaining Pack: Gourmet Cranberry
How to Prepare Turkey Breast:
Materials needed: 8” x 12” baking dish, 1 cup water, aluminum foil and a meat thermometer.
- Preheat oven to 325ºF
- Remove only outer plastic wrapper. Leave the inner cooking bag intact
- Place your VIP Turkey Breast in a baking dish with 1½ cups water Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil. Heat until the internal temperature reaches 140ºF (approximately 1½ -2 hours)
- Remove VIP Turkey Breast from the cooking bag. Drain the water from baking dish and place the warmed VIP Turkey Breast back into baking dish
- (If applicable) Pour Glaze packet over the warmed turkey breast and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes
- Do not cover with foil. The stuffing/side dish can now be started.
- Slice, place on a serving plate and serve
How to Prepare Stuffing/Side Dish:
Stove Top: Materials needed: medium saucepan, 2 Tbsp margarine, and 1½ cups water.
- Bring 1½ cups water and 2 Tbsp margarine to a boil
- Stir in contents of the given package and cover
- Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes
- Fluff with fork, scoop into a serving bowl and serve
Microwave: Materials needed: microwavable bowl, 2 Tbsp margarine, 2 cups water and plastic wrap.
- In the microwave safe bowl, mix contents of the given package, 2 Tbsp margarine and 2 cups water. Stir gently
- Cover with plastic wrap and cook on high for 5 minutes
- Fluff with fork, cover and cook on high for another 3 minutes
- Fluff with fork and let stand for 3 minutes
- Scoop into serving bowl and serve
How to Prepare Glaze/Gravy:
Stove Top: Materials needed: small saucepan
- Open glaze pouch and empty into a small saucepan
- Warm over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally
Microwave:
- Materials needed: microwavable bowl and plastic wrap
- Open pouch and empty into microwave-safe bowl
- Cover with plastic wrap and heat on high for 1 minute or until heated through. All microwaves and ovens vary. Times given are approximate
- Stir before serving
