What started as a small butcher shop in downtown Oakland, CA in 1933 has grown into a modern company offering a wide assortment of traditional European specialty meats, as well as contemporary consumer offerings. All Saag's® specialty meats are fully cooked. Many can be served cold, or just heat and serve!
