Our Wholly-Owned Subsidiaries
Jennie-O Turkey Store, a wholly-owned subsidiary based in Willmar, Minn., is the nation's second largest producer of whole and processed turkey products sold to retail and foodservice outlets.
Another wholly-owned subsidiary, Dan's Prize, Inc., headquartered in Gainesville, Ga., operates manufacturing plants in Long Prairie and Browerville, Minn. and produces roast beef, corned beef, prime rib, pastrami and other cooked meats for foodservice and deli operators.
Hormel Foods International Corporation (HFIC), a wholly owned subsidiary in Austin, Minn. has established numerous joint venture and license agreements internationally that include Australia, China, Denmark, England, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Panama, the Philippines and other nations.
