Hormel Foods Facilities Honored With Environmental Awards

Hormel Foods has received 45 awards in the past two years
AUSTIN, Minn.—Hormel Foods Corporation (NYSE: HRL) is proud to announce 22 facilities have been recognized for environmental achievements by the American Meat Institute (AMI).
The Environmental Recognition Awards (MAPS) provides recognition for companies dedicated to Environment Management Systems (EMS) development and implementation, according to AMI’s Web site.
Hormel Foods and its subsidiaries are committed to operating all facilities in accordance with company environmental policies and all applicable laws and regulations.
“Environmental responsibility and sustainability have always been a priority for Hormel Foods,” said William F.
