HORMEL FOODS RECIPES FACEBOOK “SAVOR THE SEASON” SWEEPSTAKES

Facebook users will have from 12:00 p.m. CT on Monday, November 28, 2011 until 12:00 p.m. CT on Saturday, December 10, 2011 to like us, fill out an entry form, and be eligible to win. We will then randomly select thirteen (13) lucky winners from the entrants to receive a Dinner Prize Pack with coupons for Hormel® Refrigerated Entrees and Hormel™ Country Crock® Side Dishes!  The prize pack will not exceed an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $15.00, and will be awarded to those eligible Facebook users who have entered by 12:00 p.m. CT on Saturday, December 10, 2011.

How to enter:

1. Visit www.Facebook.com/HFRecipes between 12:00 p.m. CT on Monday, November 28, 2011 and 12:00 p.m. CT on Saturday, December 10, 2011 (the "Promotion Period"). 
2. Fill out a Savor the Season Sweepstakes entry form complete with: first name, last name, email, and date of birth.
3. You may enter the Savor the Season Sweepstakes a maximum of one (1) time.
4. There is a limit of thirteen (13) winners for the Savor the Season Sweepstakes.
5. Because we want to share the joy, there is a limit of one (1) Dinner Prize Pack per person/household for the duration of the contest (i.e. you can only win once).
6. By entering and participating, you agree to the official rules below.

No Purchase or Payment of any Kind is Necessary to Enter or Win this Sweepstakes.

  1. HOW TO ENTER: Sweepstakes begins on Monday, November 28, 2011 at 12:00 p.m. CT and ends at 12:00 p.m. CT on Saturday, December 10, 2011  (the "Promotion Period").  To enter the Sweepstakes:  you must have or create a non-private Facebook account. If you already have a Facebook account, you will have to sign in to your account. If you are not an existing member of Facebook, you will be required to follow the directions and join Facebook. When you join Facebook, you are indicating that you have read and agreed to accept the Facebook Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Membership to Facebook.com is free. To enter the Sweepstakes, you must like Hormel Foods Recipes Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/HFRecipes) and complete an entry form within the “Promotion Period.” Users may only enter once. If it is discovered that you have entered or attempted to enter more than once using multiple email address, telephone numbers or multiple identities, all of your entries will be declared null and void and any prize you might have been entitled to will not be awarded. Hormel Foods Corporation ("Hormel Foods") employees, promotion and judging agencies, Facebook employees, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, divisions, and agencies, and all of the foregoing entities' respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents (the "Released Parties") are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, human or printing errors, or for late, lost, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, mechanically reproduced, or illegible and/or postage-due mail or entries. All entries become the property of Sponsor. 
  2. ELIGIBILITY. Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of 50 United States who have reached the age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence at time of entry (generally age 18, except age 19 in AL and NE). Hormel Foods employees, promotion and judging agencies, each of their respective parents, affiliates, divisions, and agencies, and their respective immediate families (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses) and household members of each are ineligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. All terms and conditions of Facebook.com apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

  3. FOR A CHANCE TO WIN: Entrants must like Hormel Foods Recipes Facebook Page and complete an entry form within the “Promotion Period.” There will be one (1) Coupon Prize Pack per winner. Thirteen (13) Prize Pack winners will be randomly chosen on or about the end of the “Promotion Period” by Burson-Marsteller, an independent judging organization whose decisions on all matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes are final. All properly claimed prize packs will be awarded. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Limit of one (1) Prize Pack per person, family or household. Winners will be notified by email to persons email account. If you receive a winning email, you are a potential winner of a Savor the Season Sweepstakes Prize as stated below, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules. You must provide mailing address to claim your Dinner Prize Pack, and winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility (which affirms that they have complied with these Rules) as well as a liability release, and, where legal, a publicity release, all of which must be completed, signed and returned within fourteen (14) days from date on which the documents are sent to the prospective winner or the Dinner Prize Pack will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner, who may be chosen at the sole discretion of the sponsor. Acceptance of the prize pack constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winners' names and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional notice or compensation unless prohibited by law.

  4. PRIZE PACK: The one (1) Dinner Prize Pack will not exceed an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $15.00 per winner; total of thirteen (13) Dinner Prize Packs during the promotion. Each Prize Pack includes coupons for Hormel® Refrigerated Entrees and Hormel™ Country Crock® Side Dishes. Odds of winning are dependent on number of eligible entries received. All taxes, fees and any other expenses not specified herein, including without limitation, income taxes, related to the Dinner Prize Pack awarded and its receipt are the sole responsibility of the winner. No prize pack substitution or transfer of Dinner Prize Pack permitted except by Sponsor. If a potential winner does not wish to accept the Dinner Prize Pack, an alternate will be selected from the pool of eligible entrants. By entering, participants and winners agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, actions, damages and/or liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in and/or entry into this Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, misuse, non-use or possession of any prize pack won or in connection with any Sweepstakes-related activity or from merchandise delivery, from claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or any other intellectual property or personal rights related cause of action. All details of a Dinner Prize Pack not set forth herein shall be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.
  5. GENERAL CONDITIONS: The Released Parties are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials or for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, postage-due, and/or illegible entries or mail. If, in Sponsor's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if fraud or actions by entrants, compromise, corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual and/or void any entries submitted fraudulently, to modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, or to terminate the Sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the Dinner Prize Packs using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of the date of such action. No more than the stated number of Dinner Prize Packs will be awarded during the Sweepstakes.
  6. USE OF DATA: Sponsor will be collecting personal data about entrants online, in accordance with its privacy policy as well as Facebook's privacy policy. Please review the Sponsor's privacy policy at http://www.hormelfoods.com/privacy.aspx and Facebook's privacy policy at http://www.facebook.com/about/privacy. By participating in the Promotion, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor's collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted the foregoing privacy policies.
