Development
In 2007, we began offering more career enrichment opportunities for hourly employees in our corporate office. Other initiatives, such as the Career Enrichment Program and our Performance Review Program, provide opportunities for employees to prepare for greater responsibility in the company and discuss work/life balance, career development, current job performance and satisfaction. We also provide educational assistance and promote a wellness program to encourage employees to success in all-around wellness in various locations.
