Sustainability and Energy Management at Progressive Processing
Progressive Processing showcases the latest technology and our
long-standing commitment to innovation and energy conservation at Hormel
Foods. We used the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)
building rating system as a framework for the design and construction
of this facility. By highlighting elements of this process, we are
sharing knowledge and educating our employees and other interested
parties about the conservation of resources and our sustainability
efforts. This brochure highlights some of the more significant areas of
the project.
