Ingredients

1 Cup
 
¾ cup vegetable oil
½ cup dried minced onion
2 teaspoons salt
cup crushed red pepper flakes
¼ cup finely chopped PLANTERS® Cocktail Peanuts
2 teaspoons HOUSE OF TSANG® MONGOLIAN FIRE® Flavoring Oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon crushed Sichuan peppercorns
1 teaspoon HOUSE OF TSANG® Pure Sesame Seed Oil
2 teaspoons sesame seeds

Directions

  1. In small saucepan over medium-high heat, heat vegetable oil. Reduce heat to medium. Add minced onion and salt. Cook, stirring, 3 to 4 minutes or until onions are toasted. Add red pepper flakes, peanuts, flavoring oil, sugar and Sichuan peppercorns. Cook, stirring, 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat. Add sesame oil and sesame seeds. Cool before using.

  2. Store covered in refrigerator.
