“As a proud and longstanding Nevada business, we are honored to provide this donation to the Nevada Foundation and help the vision of a new Nevada Fieldhouse come to fruition,” said Chad Randick, president of Burke Corporation. “Our community is a generous one and we know our contribution will be just one of the many made in the area to accomplish their fundraising goal and bring our community a state-of-the-art indoor recreational facility that will be a huge resource for Nevada and area residents and a significant contributor to our local economy.”

The Nevada Fieldhouse will be an approximate 40,000 sq. ft. facility on the main floor with another 16,000 sq. ft. on the 2nd level that will be the most attractive indoor recreation facility in Story County. The Fieldhouse will be multi-functional, multi-purpose, and used for multi-generational activities and events. “This more than generous donation from Burke Corporation is exactly what we need to kick off our community fundraising efforts,” said Michelle Cassabaum, campaign chair for the Nevada Foundation. “The Fieldhouse is projected to cost $7 million. We have successfully raised $6.3 Million already, and we are now asking for additional private dollars to complete the project. Now is the time, Nevada!”

To support this project, charitable contributions, which can extend over a 5-year period, will solidify the future of this project. Gifts can be made by cash, check, grain, stock, or real property. Pledges and payroll deductions will allow people to be as generous as they would like.
