Scholarship Opportunities for Children of Hormel Foods Team Members

The Hormel Inspired Pathways program provides full-tuition scholarships for children of Hormel Foods team members to any public community college and college advising for anyone in the Hormel Foods family.

One-on-one advising for students and families is available on any and all aspects of the college journey. This includes support for completing the FAFSA, writing essays, understanding available colleges and opportunities, applying to independent scholarships, building college lists, and meeting with college financial aid offices on the family’s behalf, among other supports and services.

We believe equality in education can be a game-changer, and we have decided to take on that challenge… When you think about how a college education can change lives and start a ripple effect that will be felt for generations, that’s the change-maker Hormel Foods wants to be.
