Ingredients

 
20 tortilla chips
1 cup refried beans
2 cups diced SADLER’S SMOKEHOUSE® beef brisket
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tomatoes, diced
½ cup sliced green onions
salsa

Directions

  1. Arrange tortilla chips on microwave-safe platter. Spread refried beans evenly on tortilla chips. Sprinkle with brisket and cheese. Heat on HIGH in microwave oven 30 to 45 seconds or until cheese melts. Sprinkle with tomatoes and green onions. Serve with salsa.
