| Sriracha mayonnaise | |
| Chili Crisp Crusted Bacon | |
| Homemade Chili Crisp LINK | |
| 4 eggs; fried in Homemade Chili Crisp, if desired | |
| Baby arugula leaves |
Directions
Spread sriracha mayonnaise on split sides of muffins. On bottom half of each muffin, layer 2 slices bacon, 1 egg, chili crisp and arugula leaves. Top with top halves of muffins.
