| 4 | cups hot cooked brown rice |
| Lime wedges, additional cilantro, Thai basil, mint and Homemade Chili Crisp for serving. |
Directions
In bowl, combine sliced cucumber, green onions, sesame seeds, chili crisp, vinegar, cilantro, basil, mint, soy sauce and pepper.
In 4 individual serving bowls, place 1 cup rice. Top with sliced turkey and cucumber mixture. Serve with additional cilantro, Thai basil, mint and Homemade Chili Crisp.
