1 English cucumber, thinly sliced
3 green onions, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
2 tablespoons Homemade Chili Crisp LINK
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons chopped Thai basil
1 tablespoon chopped mint
1 tablespoon HOUSE OF TSANG® Ginger Soy Sauce
teaspoon cracked black pepper
1 (24-ounce) package JENNIE-O® All Natural* Turkey Breast Tenderloin, prepared according to package instructions, sliced
4 cups hot cooked brown rice
Lime wedges, additional cilantro, Thai basil, mint and Homemade Chili Crisp for serving.

Directions

  1. In bowl, combine sliced cucumber, green onions, sesame seeds, chili crisp, vinegar, cilantro, basil, mint, soy sauce and pepper.

  2. In 4 individual serving bowls, place 1 cup rice. Top with sliced turkey and cucumber mixture. Serve with additional cilantro, Thai basil, mint and Homemade Chili Crisp.
