Ingredients
1 Cup
| ¾ | cup vegetable oil |
| ½ | cup dried minced onion |
| 2 | teaspoons salt |
| ⅓ | cup crushed red pepper flakes |
| ¼ | cup finely chopped PLANTERS® Cocktail Peanuts |
| 2 | teaspoons HOUSE OF TSANG® MONGOLIAN FIRE® Flavoring Oil |
| 1 | teaspoon sugar |
| 1 | teaspoon crushed Sichuan peppercorns |
| 1 | teaspoon HOUSE OF TSANG® Pure Sesame Seed Oil |
| 2 | teaspoons sesame seeds |
Directions
In small saucepan over medium-high heat, heat vegetable oil. Reduce heat to medium. Add minced onion and salt. Cook, stirring, 3 to 4 minutes or until onions are toasted. Add red pepper flakes, peanuts, flavoring oil, sugar and Sichuan peppercorns. Cook, stirring, 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat. Add sesame oil and sesame seeds. Cool before using.
Store covered in refrigerator.
