 
            Ingredients
| 2 | ripe avocados, pitted, peeled and chopped | 
| 2 | tablespoons fresh lemon juice | 
| 1 | cup diced fresh tomato | 
| 2 | tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro | 
| 2 | tablespoons CHI-CHI’S® diced green chilies, drained | 
| 2 | teaspoons finely chopped onion | 
| 1 | teaspoon minced garlic | 
| 1 | teaspoon HERB-OX® chicken granulated bouillon | 
| hot pepper sauce, if desired | |
| tortilla chips | |
| assorted vegetables | 
Directions
- In medium bowl, mash together avocados and lemon juice. 
- Stir in tomato, cilantro, chilies, onion, garlic, bouillon and hot sauce; mix well. 
- Serve guacamole with chips and assorted vegetables for dipping.
