These No Bake Peanut Butter Avalanche Cookies combine creamy SKIPPY® Peanut Butter, crispy rice cereal, and gooey marshmallows for a sweet, crunchy treat that’s ready in minutes. Just melt, mix, and chill for the easiest cookie avalanche ever!

16 ounces white almond bark
½ cup SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter
2 cups crispy rice cereal
1½ cups mini marshmallows
¼ cup mini chocolate chips, if desired

Directions

  1. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.

  2. In large microwave-safe bowl, place almond bark and peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until the mixture is melted and smooth. Let cool 5 minutes.

  3. Stir in cereal and marshmallows until coated.

  4. Drop 1 tablespoon-sized mounds on prepared baking sheets. Immediately sprinkle the mini chocolate chips on top of each, if desired.

  5. Refrigerate 20 minutes or until set.
