These No Bake Peanut Butter Avalanche Cookies combine creamy SKIPPY® Peanut Butter, crispy rice cereal, and gooey marshmallows for a sweet, crunchy treat that’s ready in minutes. Just melt, mix, and chill for the easiest cookie avalanche ever!
Ingredients
| 16 | ounces white almond bark | 
| ½ | cup SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter | 
| 2 | cups crispy rice cereal | 
| 1½ | cups mini marshmallows | 
| ¼ | cup mini chocolate chips, if desired | 
Directions
Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
In large microwave-safe bowl, place almond bark and peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until the mixture is melted and smooth. Let cool 5 minutes.
Stir in cereal and marshmallows until coated.
Drop 1 tablespoon-sized mounds on prepared baking sheets. Immediately sprinkle the mini chocolate chips on top of each, if desired.
Refrigerate 20 minutes or until set.
