This Peanut Butter Date Bark layers soft medjool dates, creamy SKIPPY® Peanut Butter, and rich dark chocolate for a no-bake treat that’s as easy as it is delicious. A sprinkle of flaky sea salt takes it over the top—just chill, break, and snack away!

Ingredients

 
12 pitted medjool dates
¼ cup SKIPPY® Natural Creamy Peanut Butter Spread
½ cup dark chocolate chips, melted
Flaky sea salt, as desired

Directions

  1. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. Split dates open. Press down each one onto prepared sheet in a rectangular shape, slightly overlapping to stick together.

  2. Spread peanut butter on top of dates.

  3. Spread melted chocolate chips over top of peanut butter. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt. Freeze 15 minutes. Chop or break into bite-sized pieces.
