Ingredients
| 1 | (6-ounce) package of HORMEL® Pepperoni, divided |
| 1 | (15-ounce) can chickpeas, drained |
| Juice of one lemon | |
| 2 | tablespoons tahini |
| 2 | cloves garlic, chopped |
| Chopped fresh basil | |
| Olive oil | |
| Suggested accompaniments; Pita chips, carrots sticks, celery sticks and sliced cucumber |
Directions
In bowl of food processor place ¾ package pepperoni, chickpeas, lemon juice, tahini and garlic. Process until smooth.
Chop remaining pepperoni. Garnish hummus with chopped pepperoni, basil and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve with suggested accompaniments.
