Ingredients
| 1 | (12-ounce) whole grain baguette, sliced into ½-inch slices |
| ¼ | cup olive oil |
| 1 | (6.5-ounce) package garlic and herb spreadable cheese |
| 24 | slices HORMEL® Sliced Chorizo |
| Sliced roasted red bell pepper rings | |
| Manzanilla olives | |
| Italian parsley, for garnish |
Directions
Heat oven to 375°F.
Brush baguette slices with olive oil. Bake 8 minutes or until lightly toasted. Spread each slice with cheese and top with 2 chorizo slices.
Top each with red bell pepper ring and olive, using a toothpick to secure.
