| 4 bunches broccolini (about 2 pounds) | |
| 2 | teaspoons olive oil |
| 4 | cloves garlic, thinly sliced |
| 1½ | teaspoons kosher salt |
| Red pepper flakes | |
| ¾ | cup water |
| 1 | lemon, cut into wedges |
Directions
In large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add broccolini. Saute 5 to 6 minutes, or until bright green and tips begin to brown. Add garlic, salt and red pepper flakes. Continue cooking 1 minute, or until garlic is fragrant. Add water. Cover and cook 3 to 4 minutes, or until tender. Remove to platter. Serve with lemon wedges.
