Ingredients


1	(12-ounce) can SPAM^® Classic, cut into 4 slices
1	tablespoon oil
4	eggs
	Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

With 2-1/2 -inch heart cutter, cut out a heart in the center of each slice of SPAM^® Classic.
In large skillet over medium heat, cook SPAM^® Classic slices and heart shapes in oil 2 to 3 minutes. Flip slices and hearts over. Crack an egg into the center of each slice. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until eggs are cooked to desired doneness. Sprinkle with pepper.
