Ingredients

 
8 slices HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Original Thick Cut Bacon
10 ounces baby spinach
3 cups sliced strawberries
½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 cup PLANTERS® Roasted Pecans
Balsamic glaze

Directions

  1. Cook bacon according to package directions. Cool and crumble.

  2. In large bowl, toss together bacon, spinach, strawberries, blueberries, cheese and pecans.

  3. Drizzle individual servings with balsamic glaze.
