Ingredients
| 1 | tablespoon olive oil |
| 1 | (16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Ground Turkey |
| 1 | tablespoon finely chopped garlic |
| ½ | cup finely chopped red onion |
| 2 | teaspoons minced garlic |
| 3 | tablespoons HOUSE OF TSANG® Ginger-Flavored Soy Sauce |
| 2 | tablespoons SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter |
| 2 | tablespoons Sriracha hot sauce |
| ½ | cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves |
| hot cooked rice | |
| chopped green onions to garnish | |
| chopped dry roasted peanuts to garnish |
Directions
In large skillet over medium heat, heat oil and cook turkey, onion and garlic until turkey is cooked through and onion is translucent. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.
Stir in soy sauce and next 3 ingredients. Cook until heated through. Serve over hot cooked rice.
