Dold Foods Pays Off Lunch Debt at 3 Wichita Schools

Three Wichita Public Schools received a special gift on Tuesday.
They had all of their school lunch debt cleared.
The district said representatives from Dold Foods, a subsidiary of Hormel Foods, presented checks to Ortiz Elementary, Pleasant Valley and Mueller Elementary Schools to pay off outstanding meal debt.
The district said the gesture was is an effort to support Wichita families and relieve hunger in the community.
