Hormel Foods Corporation Sets Dates to Issue Recast Financial Information and Hold First Quarter Earnings Conference Call

Hormel Foods Corporation (NYSE: HRL), a Fortune 500 global branded food company, plans to release recast historical financial information in connection with its new operating model, GoFWD, on Feb. 28, 2023. Additionally, the company plans to hold a webcast at 4 p.m. CT (5 p.m. ET) to discuss its new financial reporting structure.

The company is also inviting interested parties to participate in a webcast and conference call with Jim Snee, chairman of the board, president and chief executive officer; Jacinth Smiley, executive vice president and chief financial officer; and Deanna Brady, executive vice president, Retail; to discuss the company’s first quarter financial results. The company will issue its earnings release before the markets open on Thursday, Mar. 2, 2023, and will host a conference call shortly thereafter at 8:30 a.m. CT (9:30 a.m. ET).
