Ingredients
              
                1 Sandwich              
            
                                | 2 | croissants | 
| 2 | tablespoons butter | 
| 2 | teaspoons honey | 
| 1 | teaspoon fig jam | 
| ¼ | cup arugula | 
| 6 | slices HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Cherrywood Smoked Deli Ham | 
| 3 | slices brie cheese | 
| 2 | teaspoons chopped toasted pecans | 
Directions
- Flatten croissants with a rolling pin. 
- In medium nonstick skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Place flattened croissants in pan. Cook 1 to 2 minutes, flattening with back of spatula, or until golden brown and crispy. Drizzle each with 1 teaspoon honey before flipping over to brown other side. Remove from pan. 
- Top one croissant with fig jam, arugula, ham, cheese and pecans. Top with remaining croissant.
