Ingredients
| 2 | slices rustic whole grain bread |
| 2 | tablespoons butter |
| 4 | ounces fontina cheese |
| 2 | ounces goat cheese |
| 6 | slices COLUMBUS® Prosciutto |
Directions
Spread butter on one side of each slice bread. On unbuttered side of 1 slice bread, layer cheese and prosciutto slices; top with remaining bread slice, butter-side-out.
On griddle or in large skillet, cook sandwich until browned on both sides and cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
