1 | (12-ounce) can SPAM® Classic |
1 | cup Korean barbeque sauce |
4 | hamburger buns |
1 | cup shredded Napa cabbage |
¼ | cup chopped kimchi |
1 | teaspoon rice vinegar |
Sriracha mayo as desired |
Directions
Prepare grill. Cut SPAM® Classic into 4 slices.Grill SPAM® Classic turning once, 5 to 7 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Brush with barbeque sauce.
In bowl, stir together cabbage, kimchi, and vinegar. Spread sriracha mayo on cut sides of buns. Fill each bun with SPAM® Classic and cabbage mixture.
