Ingredients

 
1 (12-ounce) can SPAM® Classic
1 cup Korean barbeque sauce
4 hamburger buns
1 cup shredded Napa cabbage
¼ cup chopped kimchi
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
Sriracha mayo as desired

Directions

  1. Prepare grill. Cut SPAM® Classic into 4 slices.Grill SPAM® Classic turning once, 5 to 7 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Brush with barbeque sauce.

  2. In bowl, stir together cabbage, kimchi, and vinegar. Spread sriracha mayo on cut sides of buns. Fill each bun with SPAM® Classic and cabbage mixture.
