1 (12-ounce) whole grain baguette, sliced into ½-inch slices
¼ cup olive oil
1 (6.5-ounce) package garlic and herb spreadable cheese
24 slices HORMEL® Sliced Chorizo
Sliced roasted red bell pepper rings
Manzanilla olives
Italian parsley, for garnish


  1. Heat oven to 375°F.

  2. Brush baguette slices with olive oil. Bake 8 minutes or until lightly toasted. Spread each slice with cheese and top with 2 chorizo slices.

  3. Top each with red bell pepper ring and olive, using a toothpick to secure.
