| 1 | Gala apple, sliced |
| 1 | cup dried cranberries |
| 1 | cup chopped pecans, toasted |
| 1 | small red onion, chopped |

| 2 | tablespoons orange juice |
| 2 | tablespoons apple cider vinegar |
| 2 | teaspoons Dijon mustard |
| ½ | teaspoon sea salt |
| ½ | teaspoon ground black pepper |
| ⅓ | cup olive oil |
Directions
For the Grain Bowl
In large skillet, over medium-high heat, cook cubed SPAM® Maple Flavored 3 to 5 minutes or until browned.
Divide prepared SPAM® Maple Flavored cubes, quinoa, brussels sprouts, apple, cranberries, pecans and red onion among 4 individual serving bowls.
Serve with Maple Orange Vinaigrette.
For the Maple Orange Vinaigrette
Combine ingredients in small jar. Cover and shake to combine.
