8 cups prepared stuffing
2 cups chopped cooked JENNIE-O® Oven Roasted Whole Turkey
1 cups grated Gruyere cheese
8 large eggs, lightly beaten or 2 cups egg substitute
1½ cups half-and-half
½ cup chopped fresh parsley leaves
½ teaspoon kosher salt, if desired
½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg


  1. In large bowl, combine stuffing, turkey and cheese. Transfer to lightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

  2. Whisk together eggs half-and-half, parsley, salt, if desired, pepper and nutmeg until blended. Pour egg mixture over stuffing mixture. Press bread to soak. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or up to 4 hours.

  3. Heat oven to 350°F. Bake 45 minutes or until center reaches 165°F.
