For the Spicy Peanut Sauce
In small bowl, whisk together Spicy Peanut Sauce ingredients. Set aside.
For the Wonton Filling
In large bowl, combine Wonton Filling ingredients. Mix in one direction until the filling is combined and streaks appear along the edge of the bowl.
For the Wontons
Place a ½ tablespoon of filling in the center of wonton wrapper. Wet two adjacent sides of wrapper with water, then fold over into a triangle and seal, making sure all air escapes from the inside of the wrapper. Wet the two long corners of wonton and connect them together to form a tortellini shape.
Bring water to a simmer in a large saucepan. Cook wontons 3 to 4 minutes or until they float.
Serve wontons with Spicy Peanut Sauce and suggested garnish.
