What to Know Before Your Interview
- Review your interview details to understand the type of interview (phone, virtual or onsite) or whether it is individual or panel interviews. If onsite, think ahead and map out your route to ensure you arrive around 10 minutes early. If it is a phone or virtual ensure you are computer or phone ready 5 minutes prior to start time.
- Research the company – Learn what makes us a leading global food company.
- Understand the role – Review the responsibilities and qualifications of the role.
- Reflect on your experience – Think of examples from your experience that demonstrate your skills, achievements, and technologies relatable to what was outlined in the job posting.
- Prepare questions for the interviewer(s) – Think about questions to show your interest. These may include questions about team dynamics, company growth, challenges, or expectations for the role.
- Test technology if virtual meeting – Ensure your audio, video, and internet connection are working properly before the interview.
- Know your resume – Be able to discuss anything you’ve listed on your resume in detail, and highlight relevant skills and achievements.

What to Expect on Interview Day
- Practice mindfulness or relaxation techniques – deep breaths! No one knows you better than you.
- Your interview will consist of behavioral/experience based questions. When answering this type of question, try to explain the problem or situation, describe the behavior or action you exhibited and describe the outcome or result.
- Don’t be afraid to be early!
- Your turn. Ask plenty of questions, especially if you don’t understand a question that you’ve been asked. This is your chance to learn more about the job and company. Note: Interviewers will have a copy of your resume and application.

What to Expect After Your Interview
- Estimated timeline for follow up is within one week after your last interview date. Someone on our team will be in contact.
