2 slices rustic whole grain bread
2 tablespoons butter
4 ounces fontina cheese
2 ounces goat cheese
6 slices COLUMBUS® Prosciutto


  1. Spread butter on one side of each slice bread. On unbuttered side of 1 slice bread, layer cheese and prosciutto slices; top with remaining bread slice, butter-side-out.

  2. On griddle or in large skillet, cook sandwich until browned on both sides and cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
