2 tablespoons oil
3 pounds HORMEL® ALWAYS TENDER® Center Cut Pork Loin
1 (11.5-ounce) bottle HOUSE OF TSANG® Teriyaki Sauce
¼ cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
4 garlic cloves, minced
Zest and juice from 2 limes
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Cooked rice
Suggested garnish: Toasted sesame seeds, sliced green onions, cilantro and lime wedges

Directions

  1. In large heavy skillet, over medium-high heat, heat oil. Pat dry pork with paper towels. Brown pork roast 4 to 6 minutes, turning to sear all sides. Place pork in 6 quart slow cooker.

  2. In bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, lime zest and juice, sesame oil and red pepper flakes. Pour mixture over pork. Cover and cook on HIGH 3 to 4 hours, turning once or twice during cooking time, until an internal temperature of 145°F is reached.

  3. Remove pork from slow cooker to a cutting board. Let rest 10 minutes. Transfer cooking sauce in slow cooker to a serving bowl. Slice pork and serve with sauce.

  4. Serve with rice and suggested garnish.
