|½||(24-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Applewood Smoke Flavor Turkey Breast Tenderloin|
|1||watermelon slice, cut 1-inch thick from center of the widest part|
|1||cup crumbled Feta cheese|
|¼||cup Kalamata olives, sliced|
|¼||cup chopped mint leaves|
|1||tablespoon balsamic glaze|
Prepare grill for medium heat.
Place tenderloins directly on grate. Grill, turning occasionally, until meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion of the meat reaches 165°F., approximately 45-50 minutes. Remove from heat, cover and let rest 5-10 minutes before slicing. Shred and set aside.
Grill watermelon slice 3 to 5 minutes or until slightly charred. Cut into wedges. Place shredded turkey on watermelon slices.
Top with Feta cheese, olives and mint leaves. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
