We present to you- Dip Flights. A totally customizable dip experience! Start with three basic dips for the base. Something for everyone- here, we’ve suggested our three biggest crowd pleasers: Buffalo Chicken Dip, a creamy Avocado & Jalapeno Dip and of course, everyone’s favorite, Chili Cheese Dip. (Other great suggestions are a creamy cheese dip, or a sour cream or a cream cheese-based dip. The possibilities really are endless!) Now comes the fun part. Customization.
Offer up single serving size bowls for guests and plenty of garnishments and ingredients. Each guest starts with a base dip and adds toppings, ingredients, and garnishments to their hearts- and palates- content, creating their personalized “flight” of dips. Bleu Cheese crumbles in Buffalo Chicken dip? Of course. Jalapenos in your chili cheese? Yes please. What makes one salivate with anticipation may make another cringe- and that’s totally ok! Let your guests be creative and experiment. The options and combinations are endless, with minimal grumbling from the picky eaters in the crowd. Who knows, you might even find a new favorite concoction in the process!

Creamy Avocado Jalapeno DipEntertaining
|1½||cup Sour Cream|
|1||8 oz package cream cheese, softened|
|1||7.5 oz package WHOLLY® Guacamole Classic|
|1||cup pickled jalapeno slices|
|Juice of 2 limes|
|1½||bunch fresh cilantro|
|2||teaspoons garlic powder|
|2||teaspoons black pepper|
|2||teaspoons HERB-OX® Granulated Chicken Bouillon|
|1||Tortilla Chips, for serving|
In blender cup, place sour cream, cream cheese, guacamole, jalapenos, lime juice, cilantro, garlic powder, black pepper, and chicken bouillon. Blend until creamy and smooth.
Serve with chips.
Buffalo Chicken DipEntertaining
|2||8 oz packages cream cheese, softened|
|1||cup ranch salad dressing|
|¾||cup hot buffalo sauce|
|1½||cup shredded Cheddar cheese|
|2||10 oz cans HORMEL® Premium Chicken Breast, drained|
Heat oven to 400°F. In large bowl, combine cream cheese, dressing, hot sauce and shredded cheese until well blended. Gently stir in chicken.
Spoon dip into 2-quart casserole. Bake 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with crackers, tortilla chips, bread and celery sticks for dipping.
Chili Cheese DipEntertaining
|1||(15 ounce) can HORMEL® Chili No Beans|
|1||(1-pound) package pasteurized prepared cheese product, cut into 1/2 in cubes|
In medium microwave-safe bowl, stir together chili and cheese product; cover. Microwave on HIGH (100%); stirring once, 4½ to 5 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted. Serve with corn chips, if desired.
