1 teaspoon butter
3 slices HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Smoked Deli Ham
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon shredded cheddar cheese
1 English muffin, split and toasted
2 slices cooked HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Original Uncured Bacon


  1. In medium non-stick skillet, melt butter on medium heat. Cook ham slices 1 to 2 minutes, turning occasionally, until beginning to brown. Remove from pan. In same skillet, cook egg to desired doneness. Sprinkle egg with cheese.

  2. Layer bottom muffin with egg and cheese. Top with ham and bacon. Cover with muffin top. Makes 1.
