1 (16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Turkey Burger Patties
4 slices JENNIE-O® Turkey Bacon, cook and chopped
cup shredded cheddar cheese
cup thinly chopped mushrooms
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
3 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
4 lettuce leaves
4 reduced-calorie hamburger buns, split


  1. Spray grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill over medium-high heat. Place burger patties on grill rack 4 inches from heat source. Grill approximately 15 to 17 minutes turning occasionally (2-3 times). Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Set aside.

  2. In bowl combine, cheese, mushrooms, bacon, onion and mayonnaise; mix.

  3. Place lettuce on bun bottoms. Add burger and top with cheese mixture.

  4. Place the top of bun on cheese mixture.
