| 1 | (4 ounce) ball fresh burrata in liquid, quartered |
| 12 | thin slices COLUMBUS® Finocchiona Salami |
| Cherry tomatoes, quartered | |
| Fresh basil leaves | |
| Extra-virgin olive oil | |
| Sea salt and cracked black pepper |
Directions
Top toasts with burrata. Arrange salami slices on top. Top with tomatoes and basil leaves. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper.
