4 slices North Beach Burrata Toast
1 (4 ounce) ball fresh burrata in liquid, quartered
12 thin slices COLUMBUS® Finocchiona Salami
Cherry tomatoes, quartered
Fresh basil leaves
Extra-virgin olive oil
Sea salt and cracked black pepper

Directions

  1. Top toasts with burrata. Arrange salami slices on top. Top with tomatoes and basil leaves. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper.
