3 tablespoons jalapeno jelly
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 (12-ounce) package HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Premium Jalapeño Bacon, cut in half
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil


  1. In small bowl, combine jalapeño jelly and soy sauce.

  2. Cook bacon, in batches, in microwave, covered with paper towels on HIGH 2 minutes.

  3. Wrap bacon around shrimp and secure with wooden picks.

  4. Brush jelly mixture over shrimp.

  5. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Cook shrimp 2 to 3 minutes per side or until bacon and shrimp are cooked through.
