Grill sweet and juicy corn on the cob to perfection, then coat it in a delicious and creamy mixture of crema, mayo, and garlic, which adds a burst of flavor and richness. To finish, the street corn is rolled in crushed CORN NUTS® Mexican Style Street Corn Kernels for an extra satisfying crunch.

6 ears corn on cob
¼ cup crema
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (4-ounce) package CORN NUTS® Mexican Style Street Corn Kernels, crushed
Additional crema and chopped cilantro, for garnish


  1. Prepare grill for medium-high heat.

  2. Pull back husks and remove silk from corn. Rinse under cold water.

  3. Grill corn 8 to 10 minutes, turning often, or until hot and browned on all sides.

  4. In bowl combine crema, mayonnaise and garlic. Brush mixture onto cooked corn. Roll each in crushed CORN NUTS® Mexican Style Street Corn Kernels.

  5. Garnish with additional crema and chopped cilantro.
